How long does this promotion run?

The purchase offer commences on 2 July 2026 and closes for purchases at 11.59pm (AEST) 29 July 2026 ("Purchase Period"). Claims open 2 July 2026 and close at 11.59pm (AEST) 31 August 2026 ("Claim Period").

What do I need to do to claim?

To be eligible to submit a claim, you must purchase a new eligible Fridge product outlined in Appendix A of the Terms and Conditions from a Participating Retailer outlet (in-store or online) in Australia during the Purchase Period while stocks last. The fridge must be purchased for personal use only; commercial purchases (e.g., purchases by builders) are strictly ineligible. You must pay for the Eligible Product in full before submitting your claim. If the product is returned to the retailer, you are no longer entitled to the Bonus Product. Refurbished or second-hand products are excluded.

How do I claim?

You can claim using one of the following methods during the Claim Period:

  1. Online (Fastest): Visit www.fridgepromo.com.au and follow the prompts to the claim page. Input your details (full name, mailing address, email, mobile number, model number, purchase date, and Participating Retailer) and upload a copy of your purchase receipt.
  2. Email Option: If you complete the online form but prefer not to upload your receipt, you will be given a Claim ID online. You must then:

Is there an age limit on who can enter this promotion?

Yes. The offer is strictly open to Australian residents over the age of 18. Because the Gift with Purchase (GWP) features premium Furi Cooking Knives (classified as controlled, bladed items), minors are completely excluded from participating. In strict compliance with youth knife legislation across Australia, including mandatory laws in Queensland and South Australia, all claimants must be 18 years or over. The Promoter, retail partners, and courier agencies reserve the absolute right to enforce mandatory proof of age verification (valid photo ID) before handing over, collecting, or delivering your bonus knives.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its associated agencies are ineligible to claim.

What manufacturing brands are participating in the promotion?

Eligible fridges must be purchased from one of the following participating brands:

  • Electrolux
  • Fisher & Paykel
  • Haier

  • Westinghouse

(Please note: Only specific model numbers listed in Appendix A of the T&Cs qualify for the promotion).

Is this offer valid for an eligible fridge that I bought on the internet? (e.g., eBay or Amazon)

Only if purchased through the official online store of an authorised Participating Retailer listed above. Refurbished, second-hand products, or purchases made from non-approved online marketplaces are strictly excluded. To remove any doubt, marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Kogan, Facebook Marketplace, and Gumtree are NOT eligible participating retailers.

Do I have to supply the original receipt?

No, we require a clear copy of your original purchase receipt and recommend you retain the original for your fridge warranty purposes. Your receipt is mandatory to validate your claim. The receipt must clearly show the store of purchase, the specific product model purchased, and that the transaction occurred during the official Purchase Period (02/07/26 to 29/07/26). Unreadable, out-of-focus, or altered receipts may result in your claim being invalidated.

Who do I contact if I have problems claiming?

First, double-check that all online fields are completed accurately. If you are still encountering technical errors, please email claim@fridgepromo.com.au or call 1800 285 285 to speak directly with our support team.

Can I claim more than once?

Yes, provided you have purchased multiple eligible fridges for personal use as outlined in the full Terms and Conditions. Each separate claim must be backed by a corresponding valid model and purchase receipt.

What exactly is the Bonus Product?

The bonus products consist of premium Furi Knife Packages and Sets. The specific package you are eligible to receive depends entirely on the "Tier" of the fridge model you purchased (Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3) and whether your model features a built-in Water Dispenser/Ice Maker (WD). Depending on your calculated tier, you will be given a choice of different high-quality Furi options (ranging from individual Santoku knives up to 7-Piece Capsule, Stone, or Magnetic block sets worth up to $699 RRP).

What happens once I′ve entered my claim and how long does delivery take?

Once you submit your online form, we will email you a unique Claim ID which you can use to track your status on the website. If you uploaded your receipt directly online, the Promoter would aim to validate your claim within 5 working days.

Once fully verified, your chosen Furi package will be dispatched directly to the postal address you provided. Please allow a maximum of 8 weeks for delivery from the time we receive your valid claim and receipt documents.
