What do I need to do to claim?
To be eligible to submit a claim, Claimants must purchase a new and eligible Fridge (full list of eligible products is at the bottom of this document and in the full Terms & Conditions), from any "Participating Retailer" either in-store or online) in Australia. Purchases must be made within the Purchase Period while stocks of Eligible Products last. Refurbished, second-hand Eligible Products or purchases made from non-approved retailers (either in-store or online) are excluded from this offer.
How do I claim?
Claimants must have fully paid for the Eligible Product before they are eligible to submit a claim.
To claim, Claimants must then undertake the following steps:
- Visit www.fridgepromo.com.au then follow the prompts to the 2026 Narta Fridge promotion claim page.
- Complete, in full, the official online claim form including uploading a legible electronic copy of
their purchase receipt showing the date of purchase, the eligible Fridge model purchased
and a nil or zero balance and then
- Submit the online claim form during the Claim Period.
If during the claim process the Claimant chooses to email their purchase receipt after submitting their online claim,
they will be given a Claim ID online.
Claimants must then, during the Claim Period, scan a copy or take a photo with a mobile phone of their purchase receipt
(with their Claim ID written on it) and email it to claim@fridgepromo.com.au
Is there an age limit on who can enter into this promotion?
Claimants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to claim and further,
the parent/guardian of the Claimant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as
evidence of consent to the minor submitting a claim in this offer.

Is this offer valid for an eligible Fridge that I bought on the internet? (e.g., eBay)
Eligible Fridges must be purchased new from authorised outlets.
Refurbished, second-hand Eligible Products or purchases made from non-approved retailers
(either in-store or online) are excluded from this offer.
To remove doubt, eBay, Amazon, Kogan, Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree are NOT eligible participating retailers.
Do I have to supply a physical copy of my receipt?
No, we require that you send us a copy of your original receipt and retain the original for warranty purposes.
The receipt is necessary for us to validate your purchase.
Failure to produce the proof of purchase for your entry will result in invalidation of your claim.
Copied purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase
was made during the promotional period but prior to entry.
Unreadable, badly damaged, out of focus or tampered receipts may need further investigation to validate the claim.

Can I claim more than once?
Yes, Multiple claims permitted, subject to the following:
- a maximum of two (2) claims are permitted per person; and
- each claim must be submitted in accordance with claim requirements.
Can I enter the promotion with the same receipt number?
Yes, but only if you have purchased more than one eligible Fridge product.

How long will it take to receive the bonus PREZZEE Digital Gift Card value?
Claims will be validated within 5 days.
Please allow up to 8 weeks from when we validate the claim to when the PREZZEE Digital Gift Card
will be emailed to the email address provided in your claim.
How will the PREZZEE Digital Gift Card be paid?
The Bonus for the Promotion is PREZZEE Digital Gift Card, and it will be emailed to the email address
used in the original claim.
Can I choose a cash alternative instead of the PREZZEE Digital Gift Card?
The Bonus for the Promotion is PREZZEE Digital Gift Card and can NOT be transferred to a cash payment.
How can I use the PREZZEE Digital Gift Card?
The Bonus Products are Digital Gift Cards from PREZZEE.
